You are receiving this message because you had an Overeenkomst Periodieke gift in geld (Dutch periodic gift agreement) with Effective Ventures UK (EV UK).

As part of Giving What We Can's (GWWC) recent spinout from Effective Ventures, we are happy to share that – with permission of the Dutch tax authorities – all existing Dutch periodic gift agreements have been automatically transferred to GWWC UK. Here's what this means for you:

1. [FYI - No action needed] All donations made via our website after August 26th, 2024, will go to GWWC UK (ANBI number 827647232) instead of EV UK (ANBI number 825776867). Please visit this page on our website for more information
2. [Action required] When filing your 2024 tax return, for donations made via our website after the 26th of August, please use GWWC UK's ANBI number (827647232) rather than the previous EV one.

No further action is required on your part with regard to the transfer of the agreement itself (e.g. you don’t need to sign a new agreement). This transfer has no other implications for your interactions with GWWC, and you can keep using our platform as you have.
