Nick is the Founder & CEO of Momentum and a Founder & General Partner at Juniper. His career is focused on initiatives that reduce suffering and improve well-being in scalable, tractable, and neglected ways.
Previously, Nick served as a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Dan Ariely's Center for Advanced Hindsight and Startup Lab at Duke University. He has held fellowships at the University of British Columbia, University of Oxford, and various policy institutes in Washington, D.C.

Nick's work has been featured in prominent publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, Radiolab, and The Atlantic. His research is published in peer-reviewed journals including Nature, Computers in Human Behavior, and Social Science & Medicine.

As an investor, Nick has been involved with notable companies like Anthropic, OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face, Perplexity, Stripe, and Canva, among others. He is also associated with projects such as AIAT.report, The Navigator, and Guidance.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Nick enjoys pick-up basketball, soul music, and spending time with friends.
