David is particularly interested in venture philanthropy and private equity-style investments from charitable organizations in for-profit companies aiming to create positive impact. His diverse background in academia, technology, and finance provides a unique perspective to the board of Giving What We Can, where he applies his analytical skills to advance effective philanthropic strategies.
