Nina Friedrich

As the Executive Director at High Impact Professionals (HIP), Nina shapes the strategic direction of the organisation and leads the Impact Accelerator Program. Her experience as a strategy consultant specialising in negotiations has honed her skills in problem-solving and strategic planning, essential for leading HIP. Her background in software engineering provided her with the ability to pivot quickly and adopt an agile mindset, which is crucial in adapting HIP's approaches and operations efficiently. Nina originally started her career with a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
