Seth is a Denver-based corporate attorney at a global law firm working on mergers and acquisitions, financings and day-to-day corporate management; he maintains a pro bono practice primarily representing asylum seekers in the United States and regularly works with nonprofits to address legal issues and risks common to them. He has been earning to give since he began practicing law, and he has served on the board of Giving What We Can USA since its formation.
Seth graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where he was the senior managing editor for The George Washington Law Review, instructed legal research and writing, and received the Pro Bono Service Award for outstanding work in the public interest. Prior to that, he was an analytics consultant for a large private bank, where he researched relationship risk and retention. He was also once employee of the month at a mid-Michigan McDonald’s.
